Our Factory-certified technicians provide recommended maintenance, repair, and warranty for most major brands

We treat all customer equipment as though it were our own!

Repair Guidelines:

• Equipment can be dropped off for repair at any time during business hours, no appointment necessary
• Repairs are performed in the order in which they are received, and all repairs have a 30-day guarantee
• 
  
  • A $25 deposit is required for non-riding equipment - Handhelds, Walk-Power lawnmowers, Generators, etc.

(This deposit will be credited toward your final repair bill)

• All equipment is tested after repair, and again before loading when you pick it up.
• Additionally, machines receiving full Tune-Ups are cleaned after repair.

Customer equipment is stored safely: under shelter from the elements, securely locked up, and under video surveillance.

WARRANTY REPAIR

We are happy to perform warranty repairs as well as standard maintenance services.

Warranty guidelines:

Standard manufacturers' warranties cover premature failures and manufacturing defects.
In most cases, the following are required:

• Proof of purchase, original receipt preferred (warranty contract or referral for extended warranty claims)
• Entire machine (Diagnosis is required, unit warranty cannot be filed for over-the-counter parts exchanges)

PICKUP AND DELIVERY

After-hours pick-up and delivery service is available for Brunswick County and New Hanover County, as well as portions of Pender and Horry County. Call 910-754-8535 ext 2 or email to obtain the rate for your location.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT

Rental units are now available*. Whether you have 5 hours or 5 days of work,
we have a rental term for you.

• A valid credit card, photo ID, and $100 deposit are required for all equipment rentals.
• For your convenience, you may call ahead to reserve rental equipment.

We also offer a rent-to-own option; should you decide to purchase your rental, we will apply the rental charges against the purchase of that piece of equipment.
